Estate tenant drinks

We throw quarterly get-togethers, which include complimentary drinks, for creative tenants in Digbeth to mingle and build relationships.

Bee Tours

During the summer months we arrange for our resident beekeeper Tim Vivian to show tenants the bee hives on the Custard Factory roof.

Massages

Feeling stressed? We facilitate regular 15-minute massage sessions for our tenants to allow them to relax and unwind.

Pilates Sessions

A healthy body = healthy mind. We partner with a local Pilates studio to bring our tenants high-quality classes at no cost.
