We are in the early stages of producing revised planning applications for The Wilds, 9–14 Floodgate Street, 17–29 Lower Trinity Street, 49–55 Heath Mill Lane and 18–19 Hack Street, and for the Digbeth Skypark.
Planning permission was granted in 2024 for the regeneration of a large area of Digbeth, known as the ‘Digbeth Framework’. These emerging proposals build on that earlier consent, reflecting how the area has continued to evolve and responding to updated priorities around affordable homes, maintaining workspace and improved public space.
We would like to hear feedback from people who live, work and visit the Digbeth area.
